Vacation Rental Branding and Logos
I was asked by a vacation home owner to create a custom logo and brand for their vacation rental home that is found at Bella Beach on the Oregon coast. The client wanted to explore multiple ideas and color palettes for this as it would influence aspects of their marketing and home decór. I enjoyed envisioning how each logo variation made me feel and how it would set the tone for the vacation home. I created several logo variations and also provided ideas for a darker/moodier palette that I felt encompassed the pacific northwest, and also a lighter “beachier” variation that the client ended up picking.
Slope Capital Fund | Logo Design + Branding
A local investment fund approached me to come up with some variations for their expanding fund. They wanted a bold and modern design. It was fun to challenge myself with new colors and design elements to meet their needs.
Faith Journal | Freelance
I was approached by a local vendor to help illustrate and design the cover for one of their faith-building journals. It was exciting to combine several mediums that I love to work with to come together for this product.
Podcast Branding | Freelance
This podcast is a personal project I started with my sister as a fun creative outlet and an excuse for us to get together more often. I was tasked with graphic design, social media content coordination, and editing of our podcast. I loved being involved in every aspect of bringing this podcast to life. You can check out episodes of our podcast here.
Axia Partners Design Work | Freelance
In my role as Marketing Director, I was connected with a sister company to provide some freelance brand, design, and creative work for a new modern apartment building development in Greenville, SC.
I was tasked with developing several styles of logos, color palettes, fonts, etc. to begin to give this project life. From choosing a name to the implementation of a solidified brand, I helped with every step along the way. Below you will see several names and logos that were being decided on. In the end, the development team chose the first “Flathouse Studios”
Millcreek Commercial Design Work
In my role as Marketing Director at Millcreek Commercial, one of the first projects I took on was to update our branding to give our company a fresh look. Updating our logo and updating our color palette, font choices, and other branding rules provided clarity and direction for my team and created a standard for cohesive design moving forward.
In my role as Marketing Director at Millcreek Commercial, I was also the head of creative and design work. I loved that this position gave me the opportunity to have a multifaceted career full of both marketing and creative experiences. Part of the reimagined style guide came with the need for new company-wide internal design pieces. The below pieces were used and referenced by each team member.
As Marketing Director at Millcreek Commercial, I had a lot of opportunities to provide design work for our various social media platforms. The design pieces I created below were informational and educational, oftentimes breaking down complex principles surrounding the commercial real estate world.
Traditional marketing tactics were also implemented as part of our marketing campaigns. I made these two samples to be used as a local real estate magazine printed ad.
My favorite part any job is taking the mundane and turning it into a creative and memorable idea. The Halloween holiday (10/31) has a big emphasis in the commercial real estate world as it coincides with “1031 Exchanges”. Because of this, we always put extra creative emphasis on our content for the fall Halloween season.
Below you can see 3 samples of “scary movie” posters I created around fears that clients experience within owning a real estate property. These were a big hit on our social media.
I also created several advertisements for fall events.
Ogden Clinic Design Work
My role as Marketing Communications Specialist at Ogden Clinic had a lot of versatility. I contributed to many design projects, primarily for social media. I felt very instrumental at this time as I was working in healthcare marketing at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I worked closely with our CDC board member to learn about current guidelines and regulations and then create educational content to help create awareness and understanding for people who were experiencing so many unknowns.
As Marketing Communications Specialist at Ogden Clinic, I was tasked with creating an e-book to help people navigate quarantining during the COVID-19 pandemic. From recipes to new activities, it was fun to compile a helpful resource for a difficult time.
PODCAST
As Marketing Specialist at Ogden Clinic, I was able to create, brand, and host our weekly podcast for Ogden Clinic, The Daily Diagnosis. It was an exciting endeavor utilizing so many different aspects of marketing on this platform!
Our podcast reached audiences nationwide (even internationally) and was a great resource for educational conversations with very talented doctors.
You can sample episodes of The Daily Diagnosis here.

As Marketing Communications Specialist at Ogden Clinic, I created Pinterest graphics and Instagram stories to market our weekly blog posts.
As Marketing Communications Specialist at Ogden Clinic, I was in charge of coming up with a monthly campaign to promote the flu vaccine.
